We are pleased to announce that the IROC 2018 will be held in the Gambia early this year with regional DNS experts to share experiences and Network.
The Initial Registry Operation Course – (IROC) is a 5 days training on DNS Infrastructure and ccTLD Registry Operations that is coordinated in Africa and other Regions to provide support and technical capacity with Policy/Regulation on: DNS Infrastructure, DNS Security, Registry Operations, ccTLDs, Registrars and ISPs around the world involved in DNS to better manage and maintain reliable and secure Domain Name Systems and Registry services.
This edition of the training will be hosted in The Gambia with the Support of the Africa Top Level Domains Organisation (AFTLD), Senegal Network Information Center NIC Senegal (.sn Registry), and The Internet Society (ISOC).
